Refund/Cancellation Policy

At Cafe Sajawal, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within a limited time after placing the order.

  • Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Damaged or spoiled product

  • Claims must be made within X hours of delivery with proof (images or video).

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
