Orders, Shipping & Return Policy

1. Search for a product of your choice. Click on the product. Check its particulars and add it to your cart.
2. Register with us or you can also proceed as a guest by entering your email ID.
3. Navigate to the checkout page.
4. Write your contact and shipping details. Kindly check your address twice to avoid any issues.
5. Enter coupon, if any.
6. Confirm the order details.
7. Select your payment method.
8. Now submit your order.

Youā€™ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed successfully. You can check your order details by clicking on the link provided.

Orders shall be delivered within 3-5 days after its placement.

1. Log in to Cafe Sajawal Online Store
2. Go to My Account
3. Click ā€˜Saved Addresses
4. Enter your address details
5. Click Save

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation mail with the shipment number and tracking code. You can track the status of your shipment using this code on the courier service providerā€™s website. Sometimes it may take 48 hours to get the tracking code.
You can also track your order through “Track your order page”.

Please note, your address change request will only be considered, if your order has not been shipped.

Modify/add a product
You will not be able to modify your order, once the order is shipped. You will have to place a new order if you want to add any new product.

Ask for a later delivery date
To receive your order at a later date, please coordinate with the courier person once he contacts you for delivering the product

If the ordered product isnā€™t as you expected. Kindly call us or contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the product. Once we receive your complaint, weā€™ll wait for the product to arrive back to us, and weā€™ll exchange it for another product of your choice.
